Well I admit I created a Twitter account after some resistance. What finally put me over the edge was an article by the President of the professional travel writers association I belong to where he listed the ten technology services he cannot do without.
That was the nudge I needed to give it a shot, but also I know a few of my students are using it, so it is best to keep up with them. After all, I do teach a blogging course, I need to know the latest tools, whether or not I find them useful personally.
Remembering to tweet, a twitter posting, is not on my top ten list of things to accomplish in a day. This made it all the more entertaining for me when I received this notice of a new follower.
Most of the time my posts on Twitter are “Do not follow me, I may not lead.”
