This last Saturday, we have friend over for dinner. We had been meaning to reciprocate the wonderful dinner they served us months ago. With time running short before we leave on our great adventure, it was one of those ‘now or never’ moments.
We have a full house with B & B guests, but we plunged forward anyway.
I also made a sweet onion and tomato hot dip, plus a bacon, ham, cheese, olive loaf.
For the main course, there was chicken Parmesan with zucchini boats. I forgot to take a picture of these, so I had to resort to web images.
Finally for dessert, I created baked cheesecake stuffed apples.
