Did you know that the Aztec emperor Moctezuma feasted on 300 dishes daily? It sounds incredible, but it is true. So with the help of an interdisciplinary team of designers, chefs, historians and anthropologists, chef Rodrigo Llanes will recreate the 300 dishes of Moctezuma in conjunction with the Center for Research in Industrial Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the UNAM CIDI.
They have a type of kickstarter campaign going to fund the project. If you enjoy anything Latino, food, or are just curious, please consider joining us in donating to this fine project. We know Rodrigo Llanes and his family personally. They are wonderful people and he is an exceptional chef.
